Rates
My basic rate is $20.00 per visit, as I am a *Certified Professional Pet Sitter. This may also depend on how many pets you have and how many times a day I visit them. There will be a charge of $2 extra per pet if you have over four pets. Depending on the type and number of animals, these rates may be adjusted. All home care is included in all contracts.
**The CPPS designation indicates that an individual has acquired the knowledge necessary to make vital assessments on pet health and nutrition, canine and feline behavior, separation anxiety, pet loss and more. A CPPS designee is also equipped, as a business owner, to make decisions on customer service and employee hiring and safety. The designation is achieved after completing extensive coursework and successfully passing a comprehensive final exam on 37 sections of instructional material.
Horse and Farm Care
There is a $30 basic rate for barn care per day; however, this rate may change depending on how many horses and stalls you have.
Overnight Stays(special circumstances/emergencies)
There will be a $75 fee for overnight stays. The hours would be from 9:00pm until 7:00am. If I am needed to stay between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm, there will be an additional fee of $75.
Overnight Holiday Stays
There will be a $120.00 fee for holiday overnight stays. The hours would be the same as above.
Veterinary Emergency
If your pet needs emergency care, there will be a fee of $20 per hour plus any vet fees.
NSF Returned Check Fee
There will be a charge of $25 for returned checks plus bank fees.
Holiday Visits
The fee for holiday visits is $25 per visit.

Light Housekeeping
There will be a $20 fee for light housekeeping. The rate for housekeeping may be adjusted depending on the amount of work and time that is needed to perform the job.
Out of Area Rates
I will service Va Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, and Newport News for a fee of $28 a visit. This fee is based on traffic, gas, and traveling times, since I am based out of Suffolk.
