I am always apprehensive to leave town and trust someone with my pets. You always feel like no one can take care of your pets like you will. I know mine are a handful and have special needs. They are like my children and I hold them very dear.

I had a different pet sitter up until last year who told me she would no longer be doing pet sitting. I was in a panic because my pets were used to her and she knew the routine. She recommended Beth to me, so I decided to give her a try. I was very impressed with her from the very beginning. She really listened and understood and bonded with my pets right away. She wasn't at all intimidated by the fact that we have a potbellied pig. In fact, she was excited by the challenge and thought Curley was very cool.

We just came back from a trip which took an unexpected turn. Our flight was cancelled and was not going to be back home for another day. I called Beth from the airport and she was very understanding and in fact changed her whole schedule the next day to accommodate my need. I was so thankful. I had so much I was dealing with but I didn't have to worry about my babies.

When I arrived home, finally, everything was in order and Max, Ty and Curley were relaxed nad happy. Not at all aware of the ordeal we just went through to get home to them. Beth left us a full account of their daily activities, like a diary. It was fun reading all the stuff they did while we were gone. I was happy to know I wasn't the only one they like to drive crazy. They did the same crazy things with her that they do with me.

I would recommend your services to anyone who really cares about their animals. You can't put a price on the ones you love. You really go above and beyound what is expected, which shows me that this is not just a job to you, it's your passion. I have used The Pet Guardian numerous times to care for my two dogs, Hupa and Behr. Beth is the greatest! She is prompt in meeting us to discuss any current changes that need incorporated in our pets' care. She truly "cares" about the pets for whom she is looking after. She leaves a detailed summary of their behavior and what she has done for them for your viewing on her last visit. She will check to see if you have arrived home from your trip.
